  • Orders placed after hours begin processing on the next working day.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery duration depends on your location. Standard timelines include:

  • Domestic Orders: 5–7 business days.
  • International Orders: 10–25 business days, depending on customs and destination country.

Unforeseen delays may occur due to customs inspection, extreme weather, or courier issues. Use your tracking code for real-time updates.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout according to item weight, size, and destination.

  • Eligible purchases may qualify for free delivery, shown at checkout.
  • Express or priority shipping options are available for an added charge.
  • Once dispatched, shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Tracking Orders

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for all customs charges, import duties, and VAT where applicable.
  • Refused packages due to unpaid customs fees may be refunded minus return shipping costs.

While rare, issues such as lost, stolen, or damaged deliveries can occur. We cooperate with shipping partners to resolve such cases promptly.

  • Verify with your neighbors or local postal service first.
  • Report lost or stolen packages directly to the courier.
  • In case of damage, retain packaging materials and notify us immediately.

7. Address Errors & Delivery Failures

LovildsShop is not responsible for incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

  • If your order has not yet been processed, contact us quickly to update your address.
  • If it has shipped, you will need to retrieve it from the provided address or reorder.

8. Returned Packages

If a shipment is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or unpaid customs fees, the following options are available:

  • Reshipment: Pay the reshipping fee to have your order resent.
  • Refund: Request a refund excluding the initial delivery charge.
